Each application to be accompanied by
- Two reference letters, on letterhead, referencing applicant's name and address, referencing the potential of the applicant, and why the applicant would qualify as a candidate for the scholarship. Also include your relationship to the applicant. One letter should be a personal reference and the second one from a professional person in your work or academic interest.
- Copy of most recent Federal IRS Tax return. If the applicant is under age 18, the parents federal tax return. If the applicant is over 18, the applicant may select the option of either the parents or the student's federal tax return.
- Copy of most recent educational transcripts
